Our Culture
In 2010 we needed a job for our daughter, Erin, when she came home to live with us. Erin has Down syndrome so it was difficult to find something for her. After running out of options we started a coffee roasting businss for her. She became our chief roaster over time. Overtime we hired a number of people with developmental disabilities. Now, we are partnering with York Coffee Roastery in hiring and training high school students with disabilities to make a difference in the market place.
