We strive to ship all orders within two business days of receiving the order.
When you place an order with FurnaceHillsCoffee.com, we will attempt to expedite shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Shipping costs for orders from FurnaceHillsCoffee.com depend upon the methods and options you choose. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. In certain cases, to reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, weights may be rounded up to the next full pound.
We do not accept returns of coffee.
If you receive coffee or merchandise other than what you ordered please call 443-789-9599
All merchandise other than coffee can be returned or exchanged in the same condition as it left the Roastery.

Returns and exchanges must include the following items:
- The item to be returned or exchanged.
- A copy of the invoice or a note with your name, telephone number, invoice number, and the item you want in exchange.
- A check in the amount of $5.00 to cover shipping costs for exchanges.
All refunds will be credited to your credit card account within 24 to 48 hours from the time we receive the return.
